Current Classes

Call, text or email to schedule your next workout. Share the hosting of small group classes with neighbors, friends, partners or coworkers. This makes for a convenient, social and productive workout in your homes on your schedules. Very little space is needed for winter and rainy day workouts - the rest of the time, we take the classes outside.
